Half are complete, with two sold, said Marc Underberg, managing member of M & M Custom Builders in Westbury. The Knolls, a gated community of co-ops, has units listed between $539,000 and $839,000. Town houses bordering the private Glen Head Country Club are priced between $600,000 and $700,000, said Janet Panzeca of Coldwell Banker Residential in Locust Valley.
